I've never flown that airline but most likely, it's non-refundable. What most airlines do is they charge a fee - up to $100 - and then they give you a credit for the rest of what you paid for your ticket. So say you paid $250 for your ticket, and the penalty is $100, then you'd get a credit for $150.
