Does anyone on these forums work as a flight attendant for Sun Country Airlines and what is reserve like with them? How long can people expect to be on reserve.|||You could expect to be on reserve up to 4 years at Sun Country. They have a very very low turnover and probably won't hire again for another 4 years. Being on reserve you have to ALWAYS be within and hour and 15 minutes from the airport in case they call you for a flight. You only have 10 days off in a month. Sometimes you can be called in and will be gone for up to 6 days.
