This information is indeed on their website, but one needs to know how to access it: Go to http://www.greyhound.com Then, put in your departure and destination. When your information comes up, just click on the 4-digit bus schedule number, and the system will come up with not only the number of transfers, but also where to transfer, how long the layover is and at what time that bus leaves.
