I purchased a ticket from humble TX to Dothan AL....The ticket has not come in the mail and I leave tomorrow...I ordered it about 13 days ago. After the 10 day mark i e-mailed but there was no responce.. x.x I call the customer help line but no one ever answers....what should I do???|||You need to call your local greyhound office, 281-540-1279, and ask to speak to a supervisor. Be calm and nice; and in turn you will be treated right.|||some tickets you can print online did you get any email from greyhound about your ticket? it could be sitting in your inbox or spam folder?|||go to the local office and ask.
